Base Service
From £450.00 per annum per location.
Our base service provides clients with
a full survey, which ensures we know what
equipment is needed in the event of failure.
Your business receives all the benefits
of CCP platinum service but any claims
are on a pay as you go basis at vastly
discounted prices. This cover is available
for claims 24 hours, 7 days per week,
including bank holidays. Multiple areas
can be covered with additional areas at
lower costs.
Standard Service
From £550.00 per annum per location
(maximum 350 square feet - £1.00
per square foot thereafter).
Our standard service means that you have
the correct equipment supplied with no
additional costs to pay in the event of
your equipment failing. This means that
there is no down time of your systems
whilst repairs are undertaken and spares
are ordered. The annual charge is based
on the area to be covered. CCP will then
provide equipment free of charge in the
event of equipment failure. This cover
is available for claims in normal office
hours only – 8.30 to 17.30 Monday
to Friday only excluding bank holidays.
Discounts are available for larger areas
and good claims history.
Platinum Service
From £750.00 per annum per location.
(maximum 357 Square feet - £1.40
per square foot thereafter).
Our platinum service mirrors our standard
service but provides piece of mind 24
hours, 7 days per week, including bank
holidays. What ever time the failure occurs
CCP are on hand to provide the right level
of equipment to keep your business running.
Discounts are available for larger areas
and good claims history.
Each claim through CCP Standard and Platinum
Service covers a 28-day (4 week) period
with up to 3 claims per year. (See terms
and conditions)
How does this compare to my existing
maintenance contract?
Most maintenance contracts do not provide
equipment in the event of breakdown. As
a result whilst spares are being ordered
and equipment is being repaired your sensitive
area is likely to be non operational.
Some maintenance contracts do have CCP
cover provided within them. Please speak
to your maintenance provider or CCP for
clarification as to whether your specific
maintenance contract has CCP cover.
Certificates
All clients receive a CCP cover certificate,
which must be displayed in the area covered.
The certificate details the area covered,
type of cover, period of cover, and the
details of how to deal with a failure
including the 24 hour claim line phone
number.
Easy Payment Plan
Payment can either be made at the start
of cover or on a payment plan.
