register your claim as soon as it happens.

Claims Line and Procedure
In the event of failure the client should
follow the following procedure.
The claims procedure is as follows:
- Call the claim line on 0870 750
1441 immediately.
- You will be asked for your policy
number, company name, location and
telephone number as well as a contact
name.
- CCP will attend site and install
units as outlined in survey normally
within 4 hours.
